I caught a wild frog for my neighbors, and I know it is a land frog and I know it needs live food. However, everything we feed it seems too big for it (the frog is super tiny). Any suggestions? We are having trouble catching fruit flies...

I searched and it eats crickets (small ones since your frog is tiny)..and i they they sell some in PETCO? I'm pretty sure they do so go get some i guess. Good Luck! Let it go back to its habitat asap when you can! (:

You need to go to a pet store and buy pin-head crickets. Buy some calcium powder to dust the crickets with as well. Top soil makes good substrate and provide a very shallow dish of water. Fake foilage will make him feel more at home. A small heat pad may also help depending on the species. I'm guessing you don't need one, though.

I know it is not "your" frog, but what is the big deal about you neighbors letting it go?

well its too late to put it back in the wild because you already contaminated its pores (thats how they breathe) so ya might as well go find a snake or something and let the snake have a meal :-D (if u have non-poisonous snakes around like gardners)

Try feeding it your civic duty of animal conservation. You apparently aren't using it!

Let the damned thing go you moron!

catch a worm and cut it up. the worm will still wriggle after being chopped so maybe it will appear alive? im not sure...but its worth a try.

Please put the frog back where you found it. It will find it's own food.
