No, it probably means you need to see a dentist. You could have an infection from the tooth, causing pressure in your jaw.

I'm not a doctor, but I say this from experience only. Pain like that in a young person is either wax build up in the ear or a tooth ache, usually nothing more. First I would suggest that you try using that waxed thread to clean between your teeth as you might just have something stuck between your teeth
Then try and determine by pressing on your teeth which tooth could be the one giving you pain. If you still feel it is the tooth I suggest that you call a dentist and set an appointment (if you get bad pain then at least the dentist might make an exception and see you immediately). You need to get that tooth taken care of before it becomes infected. Sometimes drinking milk calms down the pain, also ice packs, tylenol. If you have determined it's an earache (have you been sticking anything bigger than your elbow into your ear?) then call for an appointment with an ear specialist and the doctor's nurse will clean it out for you. It's a very simple rinsing out of the ear type procedure.

While it's possible heart attacks can include tooth aches. It's an extremly rare symptom that merits publication in medical journals because of it's rarity and even in the weird case you did have one, you'd be dead by now because you wouldn't survive 3 weeks with a partially dead heart without getting medications.

There's a 9 to 10 shot you have a tooth infection and the infection is now spreading to your ears. If you don't get it treated, you can either die any day now or you will live, but you can lose your hearing. In a very bad case scenario, you can become permanently deaf.

I thought I had a tooth ache once and it turned out to be a major inner ear infection. I was mistaken. Sometimes when you are having an ear ache it feels like it is a tooth ache and it can go on for a long time especially if your ear becomes impacted with cerumen. See your doctor. In the meantime take Ibuprophen when you are eating.

why would you suffer for three weeks without visiting a doctor? what is wrong with people today? they have pain and health problems and they look to yahoo to answer their questions instead of visiting a health professional. you probably have a rotten tooth that needs to be removed. the infection and swelling is spreading causing the pain. you need to visit a dentist or a doctor to be properly diagnosed and get some antibiotics or have the tooth removed. if you were going to have a heart attack, you may have already had it. go visit a health care professional or a dentist asap.

pain in the jaw and neck and ear usually radiating from the chest area and down the arm and back too
shortness of breath and weakness , can be the symptoms of a heart attack.
However if it remains as jaw ache, it is probably a dental or ear infection

Either way:
Go and visit your Doctor and he will check you out , and reassure you and treat what ever is going on with you

hope you feel better soon
:)

It sounds more like an infection, maybe an abscessed tooth or a sinus infection. Try a stronger anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen and see what happens. If that doesn't help talk to a doctor or dentist.

Call your dentist and make an appointment. It could be several things, an infection, a cavity, an abcess, TMJ. You need someone to help you find out what it is. If it is anything else, the dentist will make sure that you get the medical help you need. Don't wait any longer.

you probably have an infected tooth or a bad cavity. See a dentist before the infection gets out of control or you lose a tooth. It doesn't mean you're having a heart attack.
