I'm There,
I was born and raised in Roswell as was my father. To this day he and my uncle swear that the saw the U.F.O. fly over their house just a few miles south east of Roswell in a north west direction. A lot of people also do not know that a few years later there was another crash site located about 100 miles north west of Roswell by a town called Corona. My father told me that anyone who was said to have seen or been part of the investigation was sworn to secrecy by the government. The threat to all involved was that if you talked you and your family would disappear.
Not many people know that when the craft was taken to Walker Air base located at Roswell, that the entire town was blacked out and not even the police or fire department were allowed out. The town was in a total lock down for almost 24 hours.
Try going on line to the library of congress and doing research on the Roswell Incident, you'll find hundreds of pages where everything has been blacked out except for the words "a, and, the, or". If this not a cover up what is it?
So as for me, I fully believe that the government is covering up something. I not sure what but something.

It was a terrible tragedy, that should not have happened. My copilot fell asleep, wile we were traveling at light speed x 2. We hit some damn thing called Sputnik, that shouldn't have been there. Then we crash on this trailer park of a planet, and are subjected to embarrassing probes in places we won't mention.
It took a while, but we finally identified some intelligence in this bipedal creature, and subjugated the leaders with our orgasmic mind control. We are currently building another craft, so we can leave this planet. I have a position open for a copilot. You seem more intelligent than most of these creatures, would you want the job?

A weather balloon was the UFO! And wooden dummies the Air Force use for sky dive testing were the aliens! In 1997 The Air Force released all documents about the incident to the public! Discovery channel did a documentary on it and you can rent it on DVD.

I live in Roswell, so I know the truth.

What happened is aliens came to Earth looking for intelligent life. They took a wrong turn at Albuquerque and flew over Roswell.

They took one look at the people that live here and started laughing hysterically. They weren't looking where they were going at hit a weather balloon, which caused them to crash.

Now they live in my basement making me find the equipment and supplies needed to leave this planet.

But don't tell them I told you.

p.s. Anyone have any Plutonium 2-39 handy?

totally happened.

Haven't you marveled at how insanely fast our technology and amount of knowledge of flight and medicine has occured only in the last century? We spent 12,000 years of civilization at essentially the same place (give or take a few discoveries). Only in the last 70 years has our amount of knowledge absolutely leapt ahead light years.

We went from primitive to advanced in about the same amount of time. An advanced civilization making contact with us could very well explain our strange leap in knowledge.

Well no, not simply a weather balloon. It was a series of connected, stacked balloons which contained equipment which were part of a program for the military to detect nuclear explosions elsewhere in the world.

It's lot of nonsense. There is no real physical evidence of such a crash
