Good question.
I'm glad you said 'world' because the USA has no clue what you are talking about. The USA killed 100,000s of innocent ppl when we bombed in Iraq and Iraq didn't even do anything to us. The 911 terrorist were in Afghanistan and not even in Iraq.
The world, the UN, does understand this. That is why they did not agree with invading Iraq, which did NOT have any Al Queda. And this is also why the UN wants an immediate seize fire to the fighting in Lebanon right now.
So the answer is: the world needs to STOP listening to the USA and START listening to the UN.

Uh,oh! Bad grammar. Yours is a leading question. There is no "constant Israel aggression." The constant aggression is coming from the Islamic terrorists who want to kill off the Jews and take over Israel.
You apparently have not been listening to news reports very closely.
Hezbollah intentionally captured Israelis in Israel, which means they trespassed to commit an illegal act. The Israeli Army has been targeting Hezbollah terrorists, their weapons, their infrastructure.
Hezbollah radicals are refusing to let civilians flee southern Lebanon so as to use them for human shields.
Hezbollah terrorists are setting rocket batteries up in the homes of civilians and are aiming these rockets at innocent civilians in Israeli cities. The terrorist cowards don't wear uniforms and are not even trying to take on the Israeli Army.
Pay attention.

Israel is tackling the problem themselves by using more sophisticated weaponry than Hezbollah has. Hezbollah missiles can't be tracked once they're fired, they hit close to their targets but close means innocent civilians. Israeli missiles can be tracked so they're hitting more strategic targets now. They're also dropping leaflets warning the civilians to leave these places. People who refuse to heed the warnings can't blame anybody if they get hit.
Really, you can't compare the two. Israel is surgically precise, killing as few innocents as possible. Hezbollah is not.

It's called self defense. Israel is going in to take out the terrorists that are trying to topple the government of Israel. What Israel is doing in Lebanon is no different than the U.S. going after the Taliban in Afghanistan.

The United Nations should step in in the Middle East crisis by regulating the acts of Israel in attacking Lebanon and for the latter to hand over the Hezbollah guerillas for their surrended to Israel. Otherwise, violence will continue.

The world doesnt tackle anything. If people dont want to be invaded or bothered with war, then they should not allow known terrorists to occupy and control their land and people. Its that easy. War means casualities, sad as it is its a fact of war. So, keep the terrorists away, or lock them up and no one gets killed and everyone is happy. Simple.

Israel has RETURNED the aggression, and they have the right to do so. Israel is fighting terrorists that resort to hiding behind innocent families, strapping bombs to themselves, teaching their kids to kill themselves for NOTHING...
I guess you didn't see the news when it reported that these cowards fired on Israel first, and kidnapped two Israeli soldiers? Grow up, and face reality.

"Every time we do something you tell me America will do this and will do that . . . I want to tell you something very clear: Don't worry about American pressure on Israel. We, the Jewish people, control America, and the Americans know it." -- Ariel Sharon to Shimon Peres, October 3rd, 2001, as reported on Kol Yisrael

Your sentence isn't written in an understandable way, but here goes.
Israel are retaliating, reacting to agression against their State, armed forces and civilians.
What did the US and UK do when they were attacked?
