I have a lot of these, and I would like to sell some on eBay. However, I don't know which are more popular or rare.

Mario Brothers is the most popular but by no means the most rare, because it came with just about every Nintendo system. SMB2 and 3 are also popular. Other popular games include the Mega Man series (1-6), the Legend of Zelda and the Legend of Zelda II: the Adventure of Link, Excitebike, the Castlevania series, Contra, Mike Tyson's Punch Out!!, and quite a few others. Suffice to say that if you sell an NES game, you're likely to find a buyer.

Gamespot has recently listed its readers' top 10 NES games of all time at http://www.gamespot.com/features/6152797/index.html. It's hard to tell how this will translate to rarity or value. I recommend doing an advanced search on eBay for the games you're looking to sell and check the "Completed listings only" checkbox to get an idea of what those titles have been selling for. I'd sell soon, before Nintendo releases their new system, named Wii, which will be able to download and play old titles (though probably for a fee).

well, if it has super mario on it it's nearly worthless.
a few of the more expensive ones are bubble bobble 2, tetris (tengen) and RPG type games like final fantasy and dragon warrior have higher values, on average, than most.
i would suggest putting all the games up as a lot and have people bid on all of them outright.
...or giving them to me.
