Messi is an unusual player. He is highly creative, and has the skills to take on defenders with ease. He is a versatile left-footed player who can play either in the middle or on either wing, or even as a centre forward.
Although he is quite short, he is so fast and physically strong that he can cope with larger opponents. He is incredibly powerful, and a specialist in such dead ball situations as corners, free kicks and penalties.
Leo Messi is cool-headed and able to assume several responsibilities in times of need. He is a player who is destined to have a very successful career in football.

Lionel Messi is the best. He's young, excellent and talented. He's the future of Argentina. Messi is the Maradona of today. He's exactly like him. Messi will occupy the same place as Maradona, they have many points in common, they are both excellent and powerful players. Messi will make Argentina prosperous. Mayde he will bring bacy the cup to Argentina.
With the co-orperation of the other players like Tevez, Riquelme,crespo, Rodriguez and the others, Argentina will form a great team and it will be more powerful.

Crespo has been an integral part of the team for the past 12 years or so. He showed he can finish at the net, being one of the top goal scorers in this year's World Cup. Riquelme is the centerpiece right now, and Messi is a quick up and comer and will probably be one of the elite

Messi is incredibly good even though he is very young. Diego Maradona himself said Messi is the future. However Riquelme is an amazing midfielder who can control the game no matter where he is on the field and can create chances like no other. Argentina is a great team with lots of talent and a great roster.

it really depends...
abbondanzieri is an amazing goalkeeper...i think one of the best in this year's world cup.
ayala and sorin are really good defenders.
riquelme is amazing at setting up plays and really bringing the team together.
maxi is really good and working with passes and making great goals.
crespo, saviola, messi, and tevez are all excellent forwards who really know how to work with the ball and weave around opponents.
overall, i think the team doesnt have one specific person who is better than another...they have a great team of players who know how to work together and help each other....more important than one really good player is a team of good players who know how to work with the strengths and weaknesses of the team as a whole.
