Craigslist. They have a local site for many US cities, listed on their homepage.

Classifieds on Yahoo and other free sites.

Bulletin boards

Setup your own site and manually list it in the search engines. Some template sites such as www.buildspot.com will have everything you need to setup your own commercial site and will even do all the Google listings and Yahoo placements for your products.
