either one I don't care. The jewish could be given a couple of counties in idaho or nevada and call it israel or the palestinians a slice of the northern territory in australia.

Does that mean Britain would have to pay back the money they charged the israelis to buy their land, a chunk of Palestine? Wel now you do know they would never leave! So really we have a stalemate because Palestinians lived on that land long before it was acquired by the Israelis! And what about the people from Idaho or Australia? O dear no! it would cause too many problems. I think there is a solution! Get the main parties in a room and make them talk talk talk until they get that fed up they all agree to something. Tell you what though ... I felt really annoyed at hearing what Ms Rice had to say about the whole thing., such as not listen to pressure to have a ceasefire. Right now both Israel and lebanon need to stop fighting and talk so to tell one to just go ahead and fight!!! No way!

And whos going to placate the aboriginies.

Israel should not have been created in the first place.

Now it exists it needs to be cajouled into existing in as near harmony as possible with its neighbours.

It is not the palestinians fault they were displaced from there lands, nor for that matter are the Israelis to blame for the mess.

It is America and Britain for allowing the state of Israel to come into being in the first place.

When Zionism began at the turn of the 19th century it was discussed where a country could go for the Jews. Some of them thought going to Argentina would be a good idea, but the vast majority wanted to go to Israel. I don't think they want to leave.

Give one the North Pole and one the South Pole and they would still fight cause it is the stoopid and twisted religious ideals of other men and women that got them all teed off to begin with.
It would make for prettier tv shots if they were Bi Polar Combatants, jew on a penguin, muslim on a seal metting at equator to blow ech other up.
War sux.

The problem is, both sets of people believe that the land they are fighting over was given to them by God. I don't think they would want to go somewhere else.
