It may be Tourettes syndrome or some other neurological disorder. There are plenty of medications that could offer relief. Don't hesitate, the condition is notoriously progressive.

if you mean it shakes a lot when you are driving on the highway, then get your wheels balanced....if it is shaking some other way, you need to be much more specific....like when it does it, etc.
