my account has been set up since 1995, my mom set it up, but she and I don't remember who's birthday we used..we have tried all we can remember,.how can we find out so i can change my password?

I believe or I heard that yahoo is down, if that is true or not, I don't know. I just hope it is up again soon. So just sit tight and try later.

If you set up the alternative account with your Yahoo. you can ask for another Pasward that will send it to your substitute account.
