as for the question, its joe cole! lampard is good in passing, he cant dribble much!

Joe Cole, is a better dribbler, cuz u know Lampard doesnt have to dribble he has o do his work giving out passes. so joe is better at that, (Just watch some of the Chelsea games and u will notice dat)

joe cole. cole play on the wing so dribbling is a good asset there.
lampard is better at shooting.
