If you liked him first and she knew, make your move on him, you have every right. If he was hers first, let him go, there are plenty of fish in the sea, no use being a bad friend over a guy...

Did you tell your best friend that you liked the guy BEFORE she started seeing him? If so, this is no best friend, and I would suggest an outright WAR to get what is yours.
Otherwise, I would just hang tight, not say anything and wait for their fling to blow over. Now, when it does, you have another problem. How are you going to date the EX of your best friend and still maintain your friendship? That will be the tough part.

Nothing, friendship is worth more than a guy that won't care about either of you 2 months from now.
If she stays with him long time, never let them know how you feel or felt.
If you do, whatever happens to your friendship will be your fault.

support your best friend. guys come and go, but best friends are forever (usually). but if your best friend knew that you liked the guy, you should tell her how you feel.

how old are you? i am guessing around high school or something. in most cases, they won't be going out for ever. just wait. don't get made at her, be happy for her, so she'll know you're still a good friend.
does she know you like him? if not, don't tell her, it might make her feel bad. if she does know, is she doing it to make you mad?
