It sounds like your kind of having a "panic attack". With your heart beating so fast and all. The numbness doesn't sound normal - (I get panic attacks and my heart beats really fast and I feel like I'm being pulled in every which way and I shake - it's really creepy - I hate 'em).
What exactly is going numb on you? And is it your whole body that's tingling? I don't know but, that doesn't sound right - I would maybe go see your Doctor if that numbness thing and the tingling all over doesn't go away. But, the heart beating thing - sounds like a panic attack - BUT, being as your experiencing other things - it sounds like you might have something else going on - I'd definitely go see your doctor. Stay healthy.

It could be many things, but if you are a diabetic or hypoglycemic, check your blood sugar. If it is low (below 70) then your body may be trying to scare you into doing what raises blood sugar.
Taking slow steady deep breaths should help a bit.
There are other things it might be but if the deep breathing helps then go eat some tuna and some fruit, or some peanut butter, right now.

The answer is obvious. SEE A DOCTOR! Free clinic are everywhere. Do you do drugs? Thyroid problems? Nerve or nervous disorders? Panic attack? Depression? Stress? Mania? Dozens of possibilities; and those are just a few off the top of my head. SEE A DOCTOR!

It could be anything from something minor such as something you have eaten, a small infection, stress, blood pressure - to something major such as a heart attack. Your heart is something you shouldn't leave to the internet to decide. Go call an ambulance just in case!

RELAX CHILL DONT panic
just pick up the phone call your doctor or a hospital just to find out, tell them your situation, say to a friend of yours to visit you fast, so just in case you have someone near you. Visit the local hospital with him and check it out. They should know...
