One of the most horrific movies was "SAW" and also House of Wax or something like that, but the first one, SAW II wasnt that scary, the first one is really really impressive and sick please dont watch it if you have a heart condition I got the heart condition AFTER I saw it.....good luck....

Thats hard to say, since what is scary to one person, may be boring or even hilarious to another.
Kinda like whats gross and repulsive to one, could be cool and beautiful to another.......
Since no-one knows you, but you, its hard for us to say how you will react to any certain movie.

Try with japanese scary movies. Japanese Ring, for example. Real horror, trust me.
