With the type of work I do I often have to write down contacts on something small and put it in my wallet. Often they are women, ie, accountants, secretaries even honcho's (or is it honchas?)

You should not be in his wallet. How would you feel if he snooped in your purse. If you don't trust him, then.... well...you complete this sentence

I can't say yes or no, but I've been given phone numbers and put them in my wallet, purse, or cell phone and never call it. Does that number show up on the phone bill as a call he made? Is she a coworker that he needed to call because they're working on something together?

If you two have a relationship with good communication, you can confront him -- just don't accuse him of wrong doings. That will put his defenses up and start a whole big scene.

If it was hidden, then why are you snooping through his wallet? Unless you already had suspicions of an affair. If it was just in the bill fold it could be anything. Instead of jumping to conclusions, just ask. Of course this is my point of view, with modern technology, why didn't he just put the number in his cell. Unless you snoop through that as well.

It does not matter in whose writing it is: the very fact he chose to keep it, rather than throw it in the nearest trash can shows he was contemplating: whatever. That whatever is immaterial. He cheated emotionally already. It is just one more step to cheating physically (which he will if he has the balls) or not (if she thinks he is a jerk after all). Affair is a big word. It could be just a ONS. You have to ask yourself at what point it is unacceptable to you.

Um, it could be. It also could be completely innocent. Men don't "hide" stuff in their wallet any more than women "hide" stuff in their purse. It is a place you put small items you do not want to lose.

It could be a business contact, a casual acquaintance, or a mistress. It could be anything. But, no, men generally do not "hide" stuff in their wallets. It is too obvious a place to look.

Why don't you ask him about it? I'm surprised by how forward some women are, maybe someone gave it to him, and he didn't know what to do with it, just stuck it in his wallet and forgot about it. Good luck.

The odds are that he is at least thinking about it ... and possibly has done more than just think. I would ask him about it. If he gets all defensive, and says you have no right to go thru his personal stuff, then he's most likely guilty.

Sorry for the bad news.

he could be thinking of having an affair. but before u jump to conclusions, think about what else it could be. an old friend he ran into, a co-worker, etc. u should just ask him about it, dont ask on yahoo answers cuz ull just get stupid answers.

Why don't you just ask him. It is not cool to sneak into his wallet though. Not a good relationship if you feel you have to do this.
