I believe only incomplete collections of bones can be found in museums throughout the world.

Nope. The most complete skeleton was destroyed in WWII.

There are only a smattering of incompletes, individual bones, found over the last 100 years. They are looking for more in Africa, but no significant finds yet.

If my infosource is correct they discovered other Spinosaurus and Carcharodontosaurus bone in North Africa in 1990s.
