I keep on working out but i still dont get any buff.

It depends how you eat. You should be eating foods with plentiful carbs, like oatmeal, bread and potatoes. I like to use my own body weight. Pull-ups are great especially if you tie a 10-20 lb. weight around your waist. You need to push your body and lift more than your mind says you can.

maybe its the foods yr eating or you need the right workout. this article has loads about working out and all sorts or workout exercises including body building. but alot has to do with the right diets.

some ppl are strong but dont look like it try oloosing weight or gainingit

u should take protain shakes they sell them at gnc there no sterios and it also good to eat red meat but not too much
