I have a computer that has been refurbished so i am not sure all of the original parts are in it. When i am doin anything there will be pixel debre so it is hard to read off it. I have try multiple settings to try to fix it! someone please help!

Sounds like it may be your video card's drivers. Since you didn't state what video card you have, you'll have to go to the card's manufacturer's site and check for drivers yourself.

One thing you can try is to go to Device Manager and UNinstall the card's drivers...... Turn your computer OFF, NOT REBOOT!

Wait 2-5 minutes, then restart computer and let Windows find the card and install the drivers.....

*IF* that does NOT fix the problem, turn computer OFF, and remove video card, wipe the contacts and reinsert. Then restart computer.

*IF* you still have a problem after all the above, most likely yhe video card is bad.......

I don't understand what you mean by pixel debree. If you mean pixel debris (aka artifacts) or areas where the pixels are not rendered properly, it may be a video card problem. Consider buying a new video card.
