Another Scorpio female here. The Pisces males aren't rushing to answer you (that's not surprising) so--Pisces males are really the best if you want a soulmate. They're attentive and kind and emotional. They tend to let you take the lead, so hang back and swim with them if you really don't want to take over the relationship. They're great fathers if you have children. What they're not so good at is pulling in the money, so think in terms of your own career as being part of your future planning if you're going to stick with a Pisces.

Pisces should be a really good match and if he's well balanced, mature and psychologically functional, he'll be fine.
All pisceans CAN become a mess quite easily IE: lots of hang ups and personal luggage. So long as he's open, listens and is confident but not egotistical; you should be fine.
The same is true for Scorpio women: as long as they're functional, they'll be fine
