yes, the vibration can be increasing the inflammation on the nerve instead of making it feel better (which i guess is why you are using the massager, right???)
if you really have a "ruptured disc" you require surgery & this is why your nerve hurts, so the massager won't do a hill of beans to make it feel any better... stop using it. use ice instead. 15-20 min. 3-4 x per day.
if it is just bulging, then you dont. still use ice instead of the massager. call your doctor & get more information about your condition.

Well, in fact you can get rid of the problem.

Go for a manual one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax. The spine is set straight, and the pressure on the discs is distributed much better so they can recover in some time - and then also the nerve will be OK.

And it's really worth travelling far - at present, the treatment is available in California and Europe, costing around 200 Dollars. Good luck!

Hi Kitty. Lie on your bed and do knee -chest exercise. Grab your knee and pull it up to your chest. This will relieve the pain and will prevent its recurrence in the future. This really works. Hey, hot baths are not good.

A guy once said to his doctor.."Doc..everytime I lift my right arm up..it hurts. What do I do?"
The doctor responded.."don't lift up your right arm."

Get the drift?
