I'm bored with the fish in my pond. They don't hold any challenge or excitement.I've been thinking of getting a Great White shark in there instead.I've read up on them and apparently they eat mostly seals and other fish,I can get these from my local supermarket quite cheaply.Do you think it's time I put a 33 foot maneater in the pond to sort the frogs out?

I feel that some people think a Great White is unsuitable for my pond(lord knows why). What about a 23 foot Tiger Shark?

No problem. I kept a great white, two hammerheads and five stingrays in my garden pond for years. I cried like a baby when the great white vanished one night. Bloody Herons.

Tiger sharks are pretty. You have to think about your reputation though. As son as you get the Tiger you know the guy down the street is gonna get the Great White. You gotta bet him too it. Don't listen to all the negativity spewing out of these people. All it takes is a dream and a little hard work. It's all about the dream, man.

LOL Like you can even buy a great white shark. No aquarium has ever been able to house one longer then a few months. Plus a pond is neither large enough or salty enough to house a shark. I hope this is just a bored person making up something to do.

Sharks need to keep moving or they die. For a 33 foot shark, you'll need at least a 300 foot pool. A beach with a few bathers would help keep it amused. You'd better start digging.

BTW sharks need salt water. 4 tons of dishwasher salt should be enough. That would also get rid of the frogs.

do no longer purchase an fantastic white shark. If public aquariums won't be able to keep them, neither are you able to. also, this can help force them to extinction, because they're endangered interior the wild.

As far as I know, no one has been successful in keeping a captive Great White alive in captivity. But I would love to see you try to put one in a freshwater pond!

What a great idea for a pet, you must remember that you should have personal contact with it every day. A short one minute swim on Monday and you will never have to worry about feeding him again.

You could invite people you don't like round for a surf!!!
The only drawback is that you won't be able to hear the TV for that bloody cello music!!!!
