Scrape off the excess foam and then remove the adhesive with goo be gone or wd40.

try a product called goo gone. you can usually find it in the cleaning isle of a walmart. It is a goldesh color and comes in a clear spray bottle. spray on the adhesive and let sit for about 15 seconds then wipe off. depending on how much adhesive depends on whether you will have to reapply.

There is a product in hardware stores called Goo Gone. It is excellent for removing adhesive residue without damaging the surface.

Scrape off the excess with something not too sharp. then Rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover to rub off the remaining adhesive.

a product called goo gone, another called goof off. They will both work nicely. Read the instuctions though and do not smoke while you are using it.
