I can laugh silently making my shoulders and my whole body shake and seems that I am having a seizure, or if I laugh out loud I laugh like a witch, that's why I chose to laugh silently.

I think I have just insulted a witch. Dear I am protected by the power of God, many things have tried to bring be down, but I am still here.

I usually laugh reservedly but if I am tired I will laugh like a witch on amphetamines. Things just strike me funny when I am tired.

You have to be more precise than that - what kind of witch are we talking about, a Traditional Witch, a Hereditary Witch, a Water Witch, a Wiccan Witch, an old witch, a young witch, a male witch or a female witch?.... then is that Witch Tenor, contralto, alto or bass
We really do need to know more information, before we can give a seriously judged answer.
And what should happen if this witch has laryngitis< or in fact has any other speech impediment?
Too many variables here to give a good answer... come on tighten up your specifications or any one or maybe all of the above witches could take umbrage and put a curse upon you, for instance make all the door handles fall off.... now that would be really inconvenient - wouldn't it??

I've met a witch who silenced Elmo's laughing once. Does that count. I didn't laugh because it wasn't funny.
