What kind of vehicle? They can be just about anywhere, depending on what vehicle your talking about. HOWEVER, in general, if you find the vehicles compressor and follow the lines - you'll find the servicing valve. Sometimes, they're actually located ON the compressor itself. One thing to remember - ONLY hook up to the low side of your A/C system unless you know what your doing and have the proper gauges/equipment. The low side will be the LARGER of the two lines coming off of your compressor. Just follow the bigger line from the compressor, and you'll find the servicing port.

Don't take this the wrong way, but besides you haven't given enough info for an answer to be given, if you have to ask this you should not try to do it. You could injure yourself or damage your AC, besides the problem of handling freon without a permit and certification.

To th e comment below. Just as a warning the low pressure port is SMALLER on R134a systems, so again, I f you don't know what you are doing leave it alone. I am also ASE certified Master Tech, and I am not willing to help people hurt themselves or cause damage by arming them with partial information.
