Some girls develop early, but they tend to stop developing earlier too. I started later, and had my final bra size (36c) when I was around 16 or 17. But at age 12, I didn't have any boobs. I didn't see the point in a training bra, so I just didn't wear one at that age. The reason it would be useless to have an average at that age is that you would be averaging the early bloomers and late bloomers together to get an artificial size in between. I would be more concerned if you were underweight or overweight than with your bra size, because there is too much variation (not to mention, lack of control) to worry about conforming to the norm.

I am not aware of an 'average' being released.
I am sure most 12 year olds are pretty flat, despite the odd few developing quite early.
It is just one of those things that results in completely random answers.....
Not that you should worry, but if you have to, look into this question again in another 3 years.

well when i was 12 my bra size was A 34 and I was 90 pounds. But for someone much heavier I would say somewhere near a B cup.Or you might just not be fully developed yet.

i got a bra just to cover up when i was 12 but i was flat my buds behide my large nipples had not come in yet
