Yes if the player with the queen moves her right next to the other guy's king that king can capture. The king can capture any opposing piece except the other player's king, as the two kings aren't allowed to even be adjacent to one another.

Of course the kingcan capture a queen.
But the king must be one square away from the queen and the queen mustn't be protected.

Theoricatlly, yes. But if it is capture, it would mean that the person who is playing it does not know how to play chess unless he using it as a scarifice to lure your king to checkmate

yes you can
because if you are one square away from the queen and it is check then you can take her to get rid of check. This is only if you won't initiate a check with another piece.
