Well, if I remember correctly, you should take 95N all the way to Jacksonville, Then take Interstate 10 West until you get to Interstate 75. Good Luck

If you are going to Naples, Ft. Myers, definitely take I-95 south to 595 west, it will run right into I-75 (Alligator Alley).

If you are going north, to say Pensacola, I would take the Turnpike north to I-75.

Depends on where you are going!

You should take I-95 south toward Fort Lauderdale, then turn west on I-595. This would become I-75 and you will be on your way.
