I'm 13 years old, and I've gotten my fair share of sun burns. But I know that if you get sunburns, and stuff, you'll get wrinkles when you're older. If I start wearing tons of sunscreen now, and makeing sure I don't get sunburned, will I not have any wrinkles when I'm older? Or just fewer than other people who spend most of there time tanning?

OK....to begin with, you need the sun, blocking solar energy causes deficiencies of many hormones and vitamins/minerals. So don't wear sun block all the time. only when you will be exposed to it for extended periods of time (like going to the beach or something like that). a tan is not always a bad thing either, again, in moderation. As for wrinkles. cigarette smoke alcohol, and other toxins to the body, are way more likely to cause skin problems than a little sun.

Use sunscreen when out in the sun. People with dry skin usually have more wrinkles than those with oily skin. You are at an age when acne starts to appear. My advise for that is to never use soap on your face. Soap has alkali in it and clogs up the pours and dries out the skin. Use a gentle softening skin cleanser such as Cetaphil (can be purchased at any drug store) on your face, which has no alkali. Remember that too much sun can be very dangerous and can cause Cancer.

well it also depends on other factors, how u take care your skin when your not out in the sun.
eg your diet, lifestyle all are taken into account, since applying moisure cream to your skin at night and when u wake up will stop u getting wrinkles later in life.
