No, but I would get one because you have 128MB of space which your system needs for program use. A 1GB card for 40.00 should do you fine. DO NOT USE ANY OTHER ONLINE MUSIC SERVICE THAN URGE. It works perfectly when using a pocket pc and runs through windows media player...

Yes you do.

The internal memory will not hold many songs, but you need the internal memory for your contacts, tasks, calendar, and email storage. You also have to keep your internal memory as free as possible because it helps to run the machine smoother. If you occupy all the memory, the machine will be slower. As well, it's nice to have that free space when you receive email attachments.

Get a 2gb card. That's what I have. Windows Media Player will sync with the MDA and compress the files so that it will play on the WMP for Mobile 5.0. You may have 2gb's of mp3's but it will show up as 1.4 gb's used because of compression.

no but u will need it to save memory to ur device and without a memory card u will only b able to get a few songs on ur mda
