Go in a nice warm bath tub. Before your period exercises, that will relieve cramps.

Be careful using your laptop, people have actually gotten burned from having them on their lap, so I assume it could happen to your stomach too. I read once that having an orgasm can relieve cramps so I guess you could take a hot shower (which will relax you anyway) and while you're in there you can masturbate to reach orgasm. I'm not trying to be crude, I really read this somewhere. If you have bad cramps every month, you could try going on the pill, that should help. They also sell that heat patch in the store that you stick on your abdomen, I can't remember what it's called.

go to a local drug store and find an icy hot pad. it's just like a heating pad but you don't have to plug it in or worry about where you can go with it. OR you can just get one of thoses microwave heating pads. The ones w/ rice or something like that in the middle and it really works. Keep using the pain killers. Midol and Pampren work good but not for me. I use Advil and Tylonol. Hope this works.

Herb tea is suppose to help you.A lot of magazines say that.I know its summer and its so hard to drink it hot/warm.I just dont know if ur suppose to have it hot.I would warm up the water put in the tea bag and let it cool down ,then put it in bigger cup and put ice.For some reason i get cramps in the winter.Buy the one that says caffeine free.It should work besides pills.

What kind of pills have you taken? Advil ALWAYS relieves my cramps, and I get really bad ones. Other than that I sometimes lay one the HARD floor with my feet thrown across my bed. Hey, different strokes for different folks.

Try a light workout, the warmth and circulation from exercise can soothe cramps.

Maybe you can warm up a cup of Campbell's Soup at Hand in a microwave, and see if that helps.

Ignore the idiot who told you to masturbate. Don't do that. Could you be constipated? Make sure you're eating right, and take a hot bath.

Masterbate to orgasm.
The rythmic contractions will break up your cramps, and the pain will go away - if not completly - then significantly.
