As much as I love my friends, there are times that I enjoy going to the beach by myself.
Being at a beautiful beach, with crystal clear water, carrying an interesting book with me, sunbathing and enjoying a few precious hours of peace, quiet and tranquility all alone...That's the best thing for sure!

Not one thing.... I hate the beach! I use to live there and I never went to the beach or played in the ocean. NOTHING

The powdery sand in Sandestin, FL and the volcanic sand in Hawaii...
If I had the chance, I'd take truckloads of both types back home and make my own beach. I just wouldn't recommend getting any in your bathing suit.

sorry, but I HATE the beach! All that sand that clings to you, and the messy things that are on the beach, not to mention all the nasty things in the water. Yuck!
