Saeed: the only way you're going to get a FREE Business Plan is if you research and write it yourself. That or offering to trade something for it. These things are very time consuming and costly to do for someone else for "free".

The Small Business Administration has a nice manual online on how to write a business plan. I would advise a nice inexpensive textbook such as:

_Small Business Management Fundamentals_ by Dan Steinhoff & John F. Burgess

Each chapter is on a different phase of the small business and at the end of each chapter is a section of the business plan. Study the chapter, and provide the needed material and by the end of the book, you have a bona fide business plan suitable for small business loans only.

Compared to offline businesses, the investment required to start an online business is minimal. A popular way of earning money on the internet is by providing information and services. This can be monetised by advertising or charging a subscription. You can also make money online by selling products on auction websites like eBay or through your own website.
