Your face will hold the make up longer if it's clean and not oily...so you can try to get rid of oily face first...
I use to cleans my face with cleansing, toner, face wash and then wrap some ice cubes with a towel and press it lightly to you face, this helps reduce some oiliness.
Choose water base make ups and no oil ones. There's a lot of no oil and water base foundation you can find in the markets. You have to wait till your face really dry before applying the foundation.
This will take some time after you finish with the foundation, wait for your skin to really dry and absorb the foundation before applying the powder, if you apply it as soon as you finished with the foundation, it won't stay tht long, at least wait like 15 or 30minutes. this is very important..
You can put on blush-on and eyeshadaws (no powder on eye lids, only foundation) and color stay lipstick...be sure to use lip balm, since color stay usually will dry up your lips!
Good luck!

Those little rice papers that you can blot your face with thru out the day help. Sometimes too much powder can make you look like you "over did" your make up. Also Revlon Color Stay base and their other Color Stay make up products are great for staying on all day.

a light dusting with powder just after you finish with foundation and blush, but before brows and mascara. that will "set" the foundation and blush and help them stay put longer. "pouffing" the powder on with a brush rather than with a pad-lake puff works best. also, keep your hands and everything else from touching your face, as that rubs it off.

What I find helps is to get a deep cleaner for your face, when you do a deep clean, it wipes out your pores too and gives your make up a chance to absorb in and it does help it last long and it looks much better and blends in much better, then you can set it with a powder.

Use the long wearing make-up. Cover Girl has an excellent series. I only use their Color Stay. It comes off when you take it off.

Maybe you should try dusting a powder on your face that might work. It works for a friend that i know. try that and see if it works.
