Purple

According to surveys, almost 75 percent of pre-adolescent children prefer purple to all other colors. Purple is a very rare color in nature; some people consider it to be artificial.
White

Gray
Gray is associated with being neutral, cool, classic and practical.
Gray is a very simple color to describe. Gray is thought to be the middle ground and to be flexible. It could also be said of the color gray, that it is the combination of both black and white or good & evil. In heraldry, gray is the symbol of equal or middle ground.
Pink
Pink combines both the energy of red and the purity of white. Pink is associated with friendship, compassion, faithfulness and softness. Pink would also symbolize grace, gentility, elegance and refinement.

Brown
Brown is associated with being earthy, reliable, functional, solid and strong and also with stability.
A few things that some people may envision from seeing the color brown may be; the earth, a farm and maybe even a galloping horse. To other people it takes a combination of all the other colors to create the color brown. In heraldry, brown is the best of the other colors.
What Do Americans Think About Color?
According to the Pantone Group their recent study of "Color Preference Of Americans" ages 18 and older. BLUE was the favorite color. Men preferring Spectrum Blue and Woman preferring Sky Blue. In second place was GREEN. PURPLE was third with RED in fourth loosing by only 1% to PURPLE. Coming in dead last is bright ORANGE.
