Well i'm running on a Dell Desktop. And I was wondering how I can get microsoft office on it without having to purchase it or can I download it legally of a site or something.

Call Dell. I think all Dells got Office Microsoft.

You don't get a free copy of Office with your Dell. You have to buy it.

If it didn't come with your computer prebundled then you will have to buy it. There's no free way other than using an alternate software suite such as Open Office.

You can use the same Microsoft Office that you install in other systems... like windows XP...
