I am a 19 year old boy getting ready to enter into the university.Presently I weigh 56 kg and 5.5 feet tall. Iwanna put on some weight since I love this human structure so much.I however do not want to be extremely fat and I need your help as to what diet to take daily in order to achieve this aim of mine.I am a Ghanaian

I don't think you're gonna get any taller, bro. Large meals, heavy on protein (egg, meat, nuts) and carbs (bread, soda) should be the focus of your diet. Exercise should consist mostly of high weight/low repetition to build mass.

I would first go to you doctor and then talk to a nutritionist and a weight trainer before doing anything be safe
