To get a proper answer you need to ask a proper question.
dessert is the last solid thing you consume either at a formal dinner or at a restaurant. The first thing is called entree or appetizer.Opposites refer to contrasts.---so if you are looking for something opposite to sweet, you want something sour to end the meal with?

some word doesnt have opposites, and exact opposites ...? not at all.....you can just think of few word that pops in your mind that means something totally opposite to you when you think of desert...but there is no real opposite to desert...sorry
