if you are looking for the general educational standards (K-12) go to this site:

http://www.cde.ca.gov/be/st/ss/index.asp

And that will be the link to Reading/Language Arts, Math, Social Studies, Science and Arts.

Standards for what? A driver's license? Graduating from high school? Getting certified as some kind of professional?
