It would be beneficial to most anyone over 30 to take even one 81 MG. children's aspirin a day!! (If you get the chewable, swallow it with water, it is not good for your tooth enamel.) Has been studied that it will increase your chance of surviving a heart attack, among other benefits, you can find on Google.

i take one aspirin a day because i had a "vascular event"... not quite a stroke, but almost. 4 months ago i took a nap & woke up unable to speak for 7 hours... went to the ER... had thousands of dollars worth of tests there & afterwards...
my neurologist advised me to take an aspirin a day to make sure that I didn't have any events like this again & so I didn't have a real stroke.
i would do it if you have a family history of stroke or heart disease. it won't hurt you, but could save your life.

No, I don't agree. I don't see how it could be good for you.
The last time I took an aspirin was YEARS ago... when I had a headache so bad I couldn't stand up
