There is too much compelling evidence to dismiss them as being myth alone.
However, I don't think they are what we think they are.
It's interesting the note that there are many cases of multiple-witness sightings from reliable people, but absolutely NO reliable photographs, videos, or sound recordings of these phenomena.
It's my personal opinion that they are a purely mental phenomena, that they have no corporeal reality, but are rather a persisent "figment of the imagination" that seems to impress itself upon a particular area, and onto anyone within that area.

Does God exist?
There is no scientific, hard evidence for the actual existence of ghosts, much like the existence of God. (Debate it all you want, but it's true)
Everybody has their own beliefs and experiences on which they base their answer. And that which someone believes is what will be, until scientifically proven otherwise, true to them.

but not xactly ghosts but are called jins.
they are also creations of god which live in harmony with humans unknowingly cuz hu,mans vision cant see them.
they disturb human life somtimes wen we humans harm the earth which ultimately harms them........if u want to contact them then the only way discovered till today is black magic. but using it is morally not good. cuz a black magician can not only control jins but can harm humans too.therefore thatswhy the place where i live black magicians are not entertained, if any one found them , it is their duty to report to the police. i live in the middle east.

I am very fascinated with the unknown.
you'll have to find out for yourself, I don't think you can just take any ones word and believe it, I think that's it's something that you have to experience on your own and then use your judgment of what you believe it was.
My motto: believe none of what you read and half of what you see.or something like like.
