No.
Too many people on NEWS programs try to be
comedians, or try to be TALK SHOW Hosts.
Or have to make comments, or talk "Off Camera",
Or act like it's Party Time. They do a disservice
to the good ones, who probably are afraid to say
anything.

I don't watch the crummy shows.

Most annoying. KRON is the worst.

No, everything in my local news is dedicated to talking about all the negative stuff. It is depressing. Every day there seems to be a new shooting, car accident, fire, robbery, abuse, war, scandal, etc. I wish they would focus more on the good things going on in the neighborhoods like parades, sporting events, community service projects, etc. I also think the weather forecasters are a bunch of idiots. The other week, they interrupted 2 hours of primetime television just to talk about a storm 2 counties away. It wasn't even in my viewing area. Then they decided to replay the missed episode of Big Brother at 3am for all of those who were mad at missing it. Like that will really help.

NOT @ ALL!! I don't get why they always splash the negative in my face and rarely -(if at all) broadcast the good/positive! Even Channel 13 WEATHER (WVEC) is always drama. (And usualy WRONG!) If it's a little hazy, they make it sound like a huge storm is hanging over us. Whatever! I've had so many plans cancled/ruined because they led me to believe it would rain - when it turned out to be a BEAUTIFUL day in the end!! What a waste! And I am soooo sick of the way they brag! "You heard it here first... We are first with the story... This is BLAHBLAH BLAH w/ Channel x News, The ONLY News lalalala to bring you this breaking story..." WHO CARES????!!!!!!! It's your stinking job to bring me the news! Do you really need to pat yourself on the back for doing it???!!! I hate the news!
