i wonder if you have actually watched the german games. Have you seen klose's assists against sweden? he is far more than a just a scorer. and he is extremely well in headers, ALTHOUGH he is not very tall. and he is very dynamic. he created dangerous situation for the defense on his own through surprising moves, you could see this also against italy, but he was tired in that game. but there can be no doubt he is one of the best strikers behind thierry henry. he has scored 10 goals in 11 world cup games and 25 goals in 26 games for werder bremen in the bundesliga, this is a rate that most "stars" among strikers can only dream of.

He is a great player, especialy the team Klose-Podolski. Just awesome. That's why he won the award of scoring the most goals. I hope he will still be around in 2010. He is great!!! I really like Ballack, but I think Klose deserves just as much attention. Agree?

I love Klose, he is one of the best striker in the world. Hope he keeps on scoring for Germany... GO DEUTSCHLAND 2010!!! Klose and Poldi partnering up again in 2010, die Nationalmannschafts under Low will win back the Trophey stole by Italian cheaters. That Trophey really belonged to Germany (we don't cheat, WE PLAY CLEAN GAMES) or France (b/c of Zidane and other 12 WC 1998 old veterans and healing their injuries from dirty Italians.)

Great player. Some say they think he's selfish but he's not. He did help his team score and he did pass the ball to others to score. He has surprising moves and is a great striker. He deserves an award for his looks too lol. So does Lahm and Ballack. Love the three of em.

Germany just happens to have a good midfield that presented him with many opportunities to score. But he lacks creative play and gets locked down by structured defence easily -- ex. Italy, Argentina. I wouldn't say he's the best in the world, he just makes good use of his chances.

i don't think so. He may be a great opportunist who lurks in the box and somehow manages to put the ball into the nets. he hasn't shown any skills but uses his height to his advantage during the set-pieces. But the bottom line is: he scores ( which I do not know how but he does it) so any coach will keep him in the team.

heres what i think of him...
1. selfish (he would rather try to score himself than help his teammates make a goal)
2. overrated (definitely not even close to the best player...there are a million better than him)
3. super over-inflated ego (thinks hes great. just cause he scored the most goals doesnt mean anything...see #1)
