Keep my hair wet and drink alot of water.Also have a neck cooler.It has a gel inside that keeps me cool.

Stay indoors under the air wear thin clothing with light colors. if you must go out. For pleasure go to a pool or the beach.

stay in the house and get naked and drink something cool no booze or caffiene keep the windows shut in the daytime and open at night and dont forget to put back on your duds

Go to a Pool, or Beach- while at home take showers, use wet towels, to keep you body cooled off. sucks don't it. ha ha
