The best way to get over that fear is to wait until you are older, more physically and emotionally mature and are sure about your decision. Why would you want to do something that would be painful or unpleasant?

I was in the same boat you are right now, I ended up waiting until I was 21 to have sex. It was the best choice I ever made. Make sure your partner for the first time is someone who is loving and cares about you and your well being. You don't want to be one of the millions of people who hated their first time and regret it. It hurts but it's not how you think. A lot also depends on how your built and whether or not you are currently using tampons, masturbate, etc.... Your fear of the pain may also be a sign that your still not ready and believe it or not, that's ok. Don't be in a hurry!!!!

Oh sex is great. Dont be afraid at all. Just make sure u use protection so u dont get any STDs or pregnant. If u wanna make sure it doesnt hurt that bad, have ur boyfriend loosen it up a bit by fingering u a lot. Yeah it hurts a lil still, but its really good. Just make sure that you're ready for sex before u do it. ;)

I'm thinking you're pretty young, and you're right to be scared of sex. It's a very adult thing to do. It's not painful when you're in the right situation with someone you love. But having sex when you're too young is very scary, and has lots of scary consequences. Getting pregnant is just one of them, there's also the very real risk of STD's, HIV/AIDS, etc. Don't have sex until you're ready to accept the responsibilities that come from having sex.

don;'t worry about it..just don't have sex. you are scared for a reason, you just arent ready. the best time to have sex is when you arent afraid, and when you heart and mind agree...if you have ANY DOUBTS it isnt time. I'm sixteen, a virgin, and perfectly okay with it. I know Im not ready because I'm too young to take the chances. I'm responcible enough to know I'm not responcible enough for sex. My bf is the same way. we choose to wait bevcause we know we arent ready
not everyone is having sex, so it doesnt really matter....you'll be ready for sex when you are compleatly at ease about it. and when you are, unless you plan on having kids, use pprotection and have your partner tested for STDs

Wait till marriage, and then go crazy. It may hurt the first few times, I've heard, but then becomes very pleasurable

wait. wait til ur ready. im waiting til marriage. its safer and its my belief. im not telling you to do that but if your scared why do it? and yes it is painful the first time. not from personal experience, but trust me. its also enjoyable thats why we're here (= but don't push yourself, don't do it before your ready, and (my personal opinion) save it for the person you love...and are married to.
