Hey, I'm Dominican and I'm letting you know that I love it, not just because its my birthplace but because its so beautiful, you will love the beaches, the sand, the littlest thing will seem so beautiful, not just the Dominican republic but the whole Caribbean has this beauty to it, I'm going back to D.R. on august 10, I cant wait any longer to be there.

The D.R. is the newest, latest and greatest vacation area. I was able to go (on business) and tour the island as well as 15 of the best resorts. They are all awesome. The people are extremely friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The beaches are unmatched; beautiful, white, soft sand with palm trees on the beaches. The resorts are huge so you won't feel cramped or crowded. Absolutely my favorite choice for vacations. If you need help booking, contact me. I will be glad to help.

it's alright most of the time. i go every few years since i have family there. but since i'm still a minor i haven't been able to some things i would like to do like party. although laws over there aren't that strict.

I've been! It's pretty cool. There's a lot of fun stuff to do and nature is appreciated. It's also a part of life there. I went sailing, swimming, diving, biking, hiking, etc. I had a blast! Just take lots of sunscreen!

Parts of it are wonderful and parts are really slums..If you want relaxation and no hustle bustle go to St John US VI

I have never been there, but anyone I know who has been there said they loved it. My dad's friend got remarried down there.
