We all know the cliche "there's no such thing as a stupid question", or "the only stupid question is the one that's not asked"... with the advent of Yahoo! answers, can we now confirm or deny that?

OK their is no such thing as a stupid question if one really need to know the answer.
But some of the questions asked here are ignorant and appalling.
