You could consider them all weather clothing. But personally, I can't wear them when it's way too hot or when it rains. I just can't, I don't like it, I have friends who wear them all the time but I just need a change once in a while.

In town or countryside, jeans work fine. I wear mine year around. But Alex is right, they are definitely not survival clothing.

yes it actually a all weather clothing u can wear ir very easily in winters but in summers u may swaet alot but by practice u get adjusted to it.for me it all waether

No. they soak up water when it rains or snows because they're cotton. They're miserable wet and if you're talking about a survival situation out in the wilderness, they could be deadly.
