I've had 3 kids and want to make my abs more shaply. Not necessarily tight 6 pack but don't want to look 4-5 months pregnant any more. Any easy ideas?

PILATES!! You can order a tape or video, and do it religiously. I used to teach it and saw results in my students as soon as 2 weeks!! If you can do cardio throw that in too (running etc). Also portion control and controlling fat intake. Good luck!

Pilates!!! I have two kids and after the second one i could not lose the extra weight like i did the first time around. I started doing pilates and it really works and you can do it at home. I also got one of those pilates kits that have the exercise ball, stretchy band and hand weights. you can find it at walmart and target and get you a pilates video for beginners. This works all the muscles in your body and you will be able to see the difference in 2 weeks if you keep a routine. I do it 3-4 days a week. If you have any questions i will be happy to help out.

Daily regular exercise concentrating more on exercises that involves movement of your belly like sit up , do simple body bendings which you can easily do even during doing household chores. With 4 kids you might not have enough time to spend for exercise so its best like shooting two birds with one stone. Spend sometime dancing or playing active games (let's say for an hour) for fun with your kids at home. Isn't it fun? and burns calories too.Watch out of your diet. Just have little of fats and carbohydrates and I guess you are well informed on the proper diet.Another suggestion: try to have a cleansing diet (consists of fruits, vegetables and water only) at least for 3 consecutive days in every 2 weeks or as you prefer. One more thing,do not oversleep 8 hours is enough. Think positive that your efforts will turn out a good result .Those ideas are based on my personal experience so I hope it will work for you too.

I use the exercise ball. Makes crunches so much easier and you can feel it. I can tell the difference after a 1 1/2 mos. Plus I power walk 3-4 miles a day. You need to work up a sweat. I've bought the Yoga and Pilate's tapes and never opened them.

positioned some honey on your lips enable it dry for some seconds. with out shifting your lips, notice some Vaseline on precise of the lips. go away the honey and Vaseline on your lips for 10-quarter-hour. ultimately, dip a Q-tip dip in warm water and use it to get rid of the honey and Vaseline in 2 strokes. try this as quickly as an afternoon for greater or less 2-5 days to do away with chapped lips.

my mother put me on this diet and I lost all my belly fat fast.

I don't have the paper on hand, but basically eat very little carbohydrates, no fried foods, don't over do it on dairy products, and do sit ups
