The sound of one hand clapping....What exactly is this hand clapping with? If it is air...the human ears will not hear any sort of clap. However if you clap your hand on the surface of your computer I'm sure your will hear a response. But, the real question is...Why not try it??? Unless, you consider "clapping" to be striking the palms of your hands together, which makes this question impossible.

One hand has no sound(saying ).Means people should help each other to do the work properly(like two hands clapping to make sound).
