I have two RAM module slots on my pc's mainboard, both have ram sticks plugged in, I wonder which module does the computer access to first?

it would access the first slow since thats the first addressable memory channel.

there is an operation section which talks about how this RAM works.

The ram closest to the CPU is designated slot0 and the ones farther away are labeled slot1...slot2...etc.
So the slot0 ram is the first to be recognized by the bios during the POST phase of boot up.

It really depends on how the motherboard was designed, if you have the motherboard information you can go to the manufacturers website and download the manual, which usually indicates how your RAM is accessed or at least what the best placement is for your RAM.

It is up to the Operating system to manage RAM. It all depends on the OS logic for RAM management.
